1. Overview & Program Limits

• Reward Structure: Referrers earn a $30 cash reward for every eligible new student who enrolls in an eligible HCLI course using their unique referral code. The referred student receives $60 off their first course tuition.

• Maximum Earnings: Each referrer can earn up to a maximum of $150 in total rewards (equivalent to 5 successful referrals) per semester.

• Self-Referrals Prohibited: Referrers cannot use their own referral code to purchase courses.

2. Eligibility & Qualifying Referrals

• New Students Only: A successful referral applies strictly to new HCLI students who have never previously enrolled in or attended an HCLI course.

• Active Code at Checkout: The referred student must apply the referrer’s unique referral code at checkout for the referral to be tracked and verified. Retroactive referral claims will not be honored once enrollment has closed.

• Eligible Courses: Referrals apply to eligible HCLI semester courses as specified on the program application page.

3. Payout Timeline & Processing Method

• Monthly Review Cycle: Referral rewards are reviewed and audited at the end of each calendar month.

• Payout Timing: Rewards are disbursed within 15 to 30 days after the official course start date.

• Payment Delivery: Rewards are paid out electronically via Zelle. Alternative options include applying rewards as HCLI course credits upon request.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Code Misuse

• Cancellations & Refunds: If a referred student cancels their enrollment or receives a tuition refund prior to or during the standard drop period, the corresponding $30 referral reward is voided and will not be paid out.

• Program Participation Duration: Referral codes remain active indefinitely as long as the referrer maintains an active referral profile and has not reached their $150 cap. HCLI reserves the right to pause or update referral codes at the start of new academic semesters.

• Code Sharing Policy: Referral codes may be shared via social media, email, and word-of-mouth. Public posting on coupon aggregator sites or spamming discount forums is prohibited and may result in code deactivation.

• Non-Transferable: Referral earnings and codes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
